The keys arrived in a few days. They work, but only with some effort. There were burrs on both keys. Kind of sloppy work.

Locked myself out after changing the cylinder. Called Nova, Alex got to the house soon after I called, yadda yadda yadda, I'm back in my home. Quick, easy, friendly. I hope to never need Nova again, but I'd recommend Nova to anyone.

Paid for the key to be made. It did make the key but never was dropped in the slot for me to take. Asked the employees at Lowe’s and they said there is nothing they can do. It was only six dollars but the point was nothing could be done at that time. Would I use this service again? If I had no choice I guess I would but I would be thinking it’s going to get my six bucks again.

I was successful and pleased with copying my house door key. I was unsuccessful copying my gate key. Apparently that key style was not available in the machine. I was directed to a service desk in the Lowe’s where I found the MinuteKey machine. But I didn’t have time to go through that effort.

hey myself three keys at this location unfortunately did not happen to work because my ignition was broken so it was a waste of time but great staff great people took the covid-19 epidemic very seriously and I'm very thankful that they had done that highly consider Lowe's or anyone who wants to know that a place is taking it very seriously during this time this is a place that you would want to go if you want your home improvement needs because
